Ann Schwartz
Ann Schwartz is a graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado. She received a B.A. in Environmental Studies and in Political Science. She attended and graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law in Eugene, Oregon where she received a Statement of Completion in Environmental and Natural Resource Law. She participated in the environmental law clinic, where she worked for the Western Environmental Law Clinic on National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). She was an active member in Land Air Water, an environmental law group that organized and ran the annual Public Interest Environmental Law Conference held in Eugene, Oregon. She is currently a member of the American Bar Association, Indiana Bar Association, Jefferson County Bar Association and the Indiana Public Defender Council. She is licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and in both the eastern and western district of Kentucky.
Ms. Schwartz is married and has two children.
